These natural variations are not considered defects.

When placing a custom or personalized order:

• You are responsible for ensuring all spelling, dates, names, and design details are correct at the time of purchase.
• We engrave exactly what is submitted unless otherwise clarified in writing.
• Approval proofs, if provided, must be reviewed carefully before confirmation.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.

By submitting logos, images, designs, or text for engraving, you confirm:

• You own the rights to the content or have legal permission to use it.
• The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

Amsterdam Engraving Company LLC is not responsible for legal issues arising from customer-submitted materials.

We reserve the right to refuse any content that we believe violates intellectual property laws or is inappropriate.

Production times vary depending on product type and order volume. Estimated production times are not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Incorrect address information provided by the customer
• Weather or unforeseen circumstances

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

All Website content including product designs, photos, logos, branding, and text are the property of Amsterdam Engraving Company LLC unless otherwise noted.
