• Rough drafts, mockups, or previews will be provided for all custom orders prior to production.
   
• Adjustments can be made during this stage to ensure accuracy and satisfaction before moving forward.
   

• After final design approval, your custom piece moves into production.
   
• Each item is handcrafted with precision and care using high-quality materials and professional finishing techniques.
   

• Once completed, your custom piece will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment or pickup.
   

• All customized products — including personalized designs, commissioned pieces, or altered items not from our standard collection — are final sale and non-refundable.
